The Centre for Fashion Studies at Stockholm University presents its annual symposium on the 3rd and the 4th of October 2008. International scholars within fashion studies will present their research in key areas of economic and business history, postcolonial theory, art history and critical theory. Panel discussions follow on Day 2. International Speakers include: Regina Lee Blaszczyk, Patrizia Calefato, Negley B. Harte, Beverly Lemire, Eugenia Paulicelli, John Potvin, Lise Skov. The symposium is free of charge and open to the public. Organisers: Professor Peter McNeil and Dr Louise Wallenberg.
